Men's Hockey Ready for MASCAC Quarterfinals Action

The UMass Dartmouth men's hockey team hits the ice on Saturday in the quarterfinal round of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference (MASCAC), traveling to Westfield State University. The fifth-seeded Corsairs and the fourth-seeded Owls are set to face-off for the fourth time this season, including the second time in the last two weeks. Game time is set for 5:35pm at the Amelia Park Ice Arena.
 
Please note, the quarterfinal games were shifted from Thursday (2/23) to Saturday (2/25) due to weather concerns for the quarterfinal hosts.
 
The winner of Saturday's contest advances to the semifinal round, facing off at top-seeded Plymouth State on Tuesday at 6pm. Westfield State owns a 3-0 margin over the Corsairs this season, having won by a slim 2-1 margin in December, 3-2 in January, followed by a 4-3 victory last Saturday in Westfield.
