Mental Health for Wealth week begins Monday

Schedule 1000x667

As the spring semester winds down, the Counseling Center is sponsoring 15 events focused on improving mental, physical, and spiritual health. Each event is open to the entire UMassD community.

"While the end of the academic year can be a time of relief and accomplishment, getting through finals and commencement can also be very stressful," said Counseling Center Director Cate Perry and Senior Associate Director Erin Carter. "Taking time out to attend to your mental health is a priority. The Counseling Center is offering these events to encourage students to take some time away from the stress to relax and release. Self-care is how you take your power back! RELAX! RELEASE! RECHARGE!"
