On Wednesday, Feb. 26, former Taunton High School standout Samantha Lincoln’s current college team, the Texas Tech Lady Raiders, lost 6-5 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the North Texas Mean Green.

The game took place at Lovelace Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Mean Green this season.

The Lady Raiders’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 7 p.m. at Davis Diamond against Texas A&M Aggies.
