Census Bureau: 79.2% of people in Bristol County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 576,070 citizens living in Bristol County in 2021, 79.2% were old enough to vote, equating to 456,154 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 219,645 were male, constituting 48.2%, and 236,509 were female, making up 51.8%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Bristol County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 80.1%.
