Census Bureau: 79.2 percent of people in Bristol County were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 561,037 citizens living in Bristol County in 2019, 444,436 were old enough to vote as of Jan. 26, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 232,242 of those people were female and 212,194 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.
