Census Bureau reports New Bedford population was 95,239 in 2019

New Bedford had a population of 95,239 people in 2019, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Bristol Reporter.

The median age was 37, with 51.8 percent of the total population being female and 48.2 percent male.

The state's total population in 2019 was 6,850,553.
