Of the 4,510 people living in North Westport in 2019, 50.7 percent (2,285) were women and 49.3 percent (2,225) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Bristol Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,397-to-991. In the 65 and over age range, there were 789 females and 465 males.
